My Group Coaching program is a live program held at my fitness studio in Dallas, TX. Here’s what you can expect when you enroll in my Group Coaching program:
- Initial Consultation & Fitness Assessment – We’ll discuss your fitness goals and your current workout and nutrition habits. We will also take measurements to create a starting point for your journey. After your measurements are complete, you’ll be taken through a series of fitness tests so we can assess your physical condition. If modifications need to be made during group training, I’ll be aware of any limitations you have.
- Progressive Programming – The group training program changes each month. I’ll implement enough variation to keep you feeling challenged as you progress in your goals.
- Progress Tracking – We will reassess every month to make sure you’re seeing results.
