Group Coaching

My Group Coaching program is a live program held at my fitness studio in Dallas, TX. Here’s what you can expect when you enroll in my Group Coaching program:

  1. Initial Consultation & Fitness Assessment – We’ll discuss your fitness goals and your current workout and nutrition habits. We will also take measurements to create a starting point for your journey. After your measurements are complete, you’ll be taken through a series of fitness tests so we can assess your physical condition. If modifications need to be made during group training, I’ll be aware of any limitations you have.
  2. Progressive Programming – The group training program changes each month. I’ll implement enough variation to keep you feeling challenged as you progress in your goals.
  3. Progress Tracking – We will reassess every month to make sure you’re seeing results.
